A suspended Google Business Profile appeal works best when the facts are organized before the evidence form opens. Google's help article says evidence submitted after the 60-minute evidence-form window will not be attached to the appeal.
- Confirm the profile name, category, address, service area, website, and phone are consistent.
- Gather business registration, licenses, tax certificates, utility bills, and relevant photos.
- Keep the narrative factual and avoid claims about promised approval, rankings, or leads.
- Do not create a duplicate Business Profile while the appeal is under review.
