Build a status-mismatch packet from the conflicting Google records
If Google email says the profile was reinstated or approved but the dashboard still shows suspended, the packet should prove the mismatch: the approval notice, the current dashboard state, the appeal-tool state, and the same profile ID.
Evidence to gather
- Google approval or reinstatement email screenshot, including date and case details.
- Current dashboard screenshot showing the profile still suspended, disabled, or not live.
- Appeals tool screenshot showing the current appeal state or any "not approved" status.
- Business Profile ID, business name, category, address or service-area status, and managing account context.
- Short timeline: suspension, appeal, review steps completed, approval email, and current stuck status.
Packet hygiene
- Do not create a duplicate profile while the mismatch is unresolved.
- Keep the ask narrow: escalation for inconsistent profile status.
- Do not send Google passwords, verification codes, or account access.
