Prove the appeal-path problem before asking for help
Google says suspended profiles can be appealed through the Business Profile appeals tool. When the tool does not show an eligible profile or decision to appeal, the support packet should clearly show the blocked path and the profile identity.
Evidence to gather
- Appeals tool screenshot showing no eligible decision, no selectable profile, or "not approved" status.
- Dashboard screenshot showing the suspended or disabled profile and the managing account.
- Business Profile ID, business name, website, phone, category, and address or service-area status.
- Suspension or moderation email screenshots and dates.
- Business registration, license, tax certificate, utility bill, and website contact-page proof.
Packet hygiene
- Ask for help with the blocked appeal path, not a vague reinstatement request.
- Do not create a new profile while the existing profile is suspended.
- Do not send passwords, verification codes, or Google account access.
