Make the profile identity boring and consistent
Deceptive-content or suspicious-activity language can be triggered by mismatches across the profile name, category, address, service area, website, duplicate listings, or recent edits. The packet should show a real business with consistent public facts and documents.
Evidence to gather
- Current profile name, category, service area, address visibility, website, and phone number.
- Business registration, license, tax document, utility bill, insurance, or lease as applicable.
- Website contact page and footer showing matching name, phone, address/service area, and category.
- Recent profile-edit timeline, especially name, address, service-area, category, and website changes.
- Duplicate-profile or ownership history if another listing exists for the same business.
Packet hygiene
- Remove unsupported keywords from the appeal narrative.
- Explain corrections factually instead of arguing with the moderation label.
- Do not send passwords, verification codes, or Google account access.
What the review includes
ProfileAppealKit reviews documents and screenshots you provide and organizes them into a review-ready packet with risk notes, upload order, and appeal text. It is not affiliated with Google and does not promise reinstatement.
